KUCHING - The official announcement on the overall champion in Sukan Sarawak (SukSar) 2017 will be held at the closing ceremony on Sunday (December 17) at Sarawak Perpaduan Negeri Sarawak, Petra Jaya starting from 2:30 pm.
The closing ceremony will be graced by YB Dato Sri Hajah Fatimah Abdullah, Minister of Welfare, Community Wellness, Women, Family and Childhood Development. In addition to that, there wiil be the official announcement of the host for SukSar 2019 will also be held at the event. The award presentation ceremony of the mosts promising athletes will also be performed by the guest of honour.
In relation, members of the public are cordially invited to attend the closing ceremony which will be attended by all the 1,000 athletes together with their coaches, officers and the hundreds of volunteers involved in SukSar 2017 which took place from December 14-17.
