Kuching - The Northen Zone will become host for the next Sukan Sarawak (SukSar) in 2019 and centre of events will be based in Miri City.
This was announced at the official closing and prize presentation cereony held at Stadium Perpaduan Negeri Sarawak which was officiated by YB Dato Sri Hajah Fatimah Abdullah, Minister of Welfare, Community Wellbeing, Women, Family and Development of Children of Sarawak.
At the same time, praises were given to this year's SukSar host, the Southern Zone which has worked hard together with Sarawak Sports Corporation (SSC) and Sarawak State Sports Council (MSNS) in ensuring the success of SukSar 2017 which ended today (December 17).
